About Analytics

The Analytics page displays the analytics of various data points, such as Bot Activity, Humans, Messaging, and Subscribers in nativeMsg. You can view the analytics either for all bots or select an individual bot to view the analytics of the selected bot.


nativeMsg also provides an option to create custom reports and view the analytics for the specific requirements.



In addition to displaying the analytical information, the Analytics page provides options to filter the information based on the date range or Bot name and download the analytics in different formats, like CSV, XLSX, ODS, and PDF.


The Analytics page provides the following panels for different information.



Ads


The Ads analytics provides an option to view the activity of an advertisement and the active hours of that advertisement.


Overview

Displays the overview of advertisement for the selected Bot.



Ad Activity

This report displays the overall activity of the selected Ad.

Click the drop-down list and select the bot for which you want to view the ad activity.


Active Hours

This report displays the hourly report of the ad's activity, which includes impressions, conversations, engagements, and clicks.


Bot Activity


Overview

This report displays the overview of conversations and engagement activities of the selected bot along with the list of interactions.


Interactions

This report displays the details of all interactions added to the Bot. You can also view details of specific interaction by selecting the interaction in the drop-down list.

Common Phrases

This report displays the percentage of the most common phrases used by the selected bot.


Active Hours

This report displays the active hours of the selected bot along with the no. of interactions.


Conversations Length

This report displays the average conversation length of the selected bot.


Humans


Displays the analytics of humans, which include information on the new humans, returning humans, and the total number of humans.



Messaging

Displays the analytics of messages, which include information on the sent messages, received messages, and the total number of all messages.


Subscribers

Displays the analytics of subscribers and subscriptions to nativeMsg. The analytics information includes subscriptions based on tags and channels.

Overview

Displays the subscriptions and a total number of unsubscribes.


Subscriptions by Tag

On the page, you can select a tag and view the subscriptions and unsubscribe based on the selected Tag. By default, the page displays the analytics for all tags.

Subscribers by Channel

This report displays the no. of humans and subscribers for each channel configured for the selected bot.


On the page, you can select a channel and view the subscriptions and unsubscribe based on the selected channel. By default, the page displays the analytics for all channels.


Custom

The Custom option displays the Custom Report page. You can either edit the existing custom reports or create your own custom report.


In the customer report, you can include all or required analytics pages as reports and view the information on one page.


Editing custom report

  1. On the Custom Reports page, click the drop-down list of the reports and select all to displays the list of all reports.

  2. Rearrange the reports list
    Drag the report panel and move Up or Down to shift the report.
  3. (Optional) Click the bin icon for the report that is not required.
  4. After making all changes, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
    The new custom report is added in the Custom node in the left pane.


Creating a new custom report

  1. On the Custom Reports page, click the plus icon next to the reports drop-down list.

    The fields become visible to add report name and add analytics pages.


  2. In the Custom report name field, enter the name of the report.
  3. Click the Select reports drop-down list and select one or more reports.
    All selected reports are included.

  4. (Optional) Add more reports if required or remove unwanted reports.
  5. Click the Create button to save the custom report.
