This topic explains how you can save your complex interactions flow in a template and use that template for different Bots. The topic also explains how to delete unwanted templates.

Saving interactions flow as a template
- Navigate to the Bots page.
- In the Bots design section, click the plus icon to add an interaction.
- Add multiple interactions and connect these interactions according to the requirement.
For more information, see Adding Interactions. - Click the Templates button.
The Templates dialog box appears. - Click the Create New button.
The Save Template dialog box appears. - In the Template Name field, enter the name of the template.
- In the Description field, enter the description of the template.
- Click the Save button.
The template is added to the templates list.
Applying a template to a Bot
- Navigate to the Bots page.
- In the Bots list, select the Bot to which you want to apply the template.
- Click the Templates button.
The Templates dialog box appears. - Click the template that you want to apply to the Bot.
The template is selected. - Click the Apply Template button.
The interactions flow changes according to the selected template.
Deleting a template
It is possible that a specific template is no more required. The Template dialog box provides an option to delete an unwanted template.
Note: You can delete only your own templates and not the default templates that nativeMsg application provides.
- Navigate to the Bots page.
- On the Bots page, click the Templates button.
The Template dialog box appears. - Click the bin icon for the template that you want to delete.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
The selected template is removed from the list.
