Filtering the conversations list

In addition to searching conversations, you can also filter the conversations list based on certain criteria.


The Search bar provides a Filter icon to display the fields where you can specify the filter criteria and also clear the specified filter criteria.

The Filter option provides the following conditions to filter the conversations list:

1TagsTags applied to the conversation when created.
2ChannelsThe channels selected for the conversation.
3Date RangeThe blasts created certain days before the current date. For example, Last 15 days, Last 30 days.
When you select an option in this field, the From and To fields are automatic fills with a date range starting from the current date.
4Date From and To
The blast created between a start date and an end date.
5BotsThe Bots selected for the blast when created.
6Bot statusThe current status of the Bot. For example, Enabled or Disabled
7DeletedDisplays the deleted conversations.
8Clear allOption to clear all selected filter conditions.
9Apply filtersClick the button to apply the selected filter conditions.


Example: Filter the conversations based on a date range when the conversation happened and the current status of the bot.

Note: The From and To date filters works on the blast creation date and not on the blast scheduled date.
