Adding a note action

This topic explains the steps to add a note action to an interaction.


  1. In the left navigation page, click Bots to open the Bots page.
  2. Click the interaction to which you want to add the action.
    The interaction panel expands displaying all actions that you can add.


  3. Click the Note icon to add the note action.
    The note action panel opens.


    Note: Hold the mouse pointer on the icon on each field to view the specific information about the field.

  4. In the Text field, enter the text message for the users.
  5. Click the Channels drop-down list and select the channel that you want.
  6. In the Recipient Phone field, enter the recipient phone number.
  7. In the Execute on error, Select the execute on an error from the given dropdown list.
