This topic explains the steps to add a note action to an interaction.
- In the left navigation page, click Bots to open the Bots page.
- Click the interaction to which you want to add the action.
The interaction panel expands displaying all actions that you can add.
- Click the Note icon to add the note action.
The note action panel opens.
Note: Hold the mouse pointer on the icon on each field to view the specific information about the field.
- In the Text field, enter the text message for the users.
- Click the Channels drop-down list and select the channel that you want.
- In the Recipient Phone field, enter the recipient phone number.
- In the Execute on error, Select the execute on an error from the given dropdown list.
